So all the coolers with the L at the end are regular rgb. It does all three colors and you just tell it which one your seeing 3 steps easy peasy. You might have to reverse the 4 pen connector to get the right color and you have to calibrate your mobo headers in the aura sync software usually. LOL ok I just typed this long story about the type R coolers the individually addressable led lit cooler doh.

Make sure the negative (-) on the cable is going to the negative on the motherboard. It is easy to reverse the polarity and severe damage. With RGB fans the fan power cable and RGB cable go to separate connectors. Connect it properly per the manual and control it by whatever means they offer. You will have to use the controller that can with your fan. If your motherboard does not have and RGB header it will not work with Aura Sync. You're supposed to start your own thread when you have questions?Īnyways, the RGB cable can only be plugged into the RGB header of the motherboard.
I connected pump+fan to the motherboard with the RGB cable splitter but doesn't appear the cooler in the Aura Sync panel.
